I was in a real bind one Friday afternoon when my business computer decided to crash. I called Sam and he was able to get it repaired (without the loss of any data) and I picked it up Saturday morning. How's that for service??? Then two weeks later, my home computer's hard drive went bad. Within a couple of days, Sam built a new computer for my family and we were back in business. That computer had a small glitch and Sam came to the house and took care of the problem right away. Thanks Sam~! I'm so glad I decided to call you~! Customer Service like you provide is very hard to find these days~!
